We utilize environmentally safe washing procedures & chemicals. Our state-of-the art mobile unit allows for two washing methods. A hot water wash using a slightly alkaline detergent boosted with some type of mildewcide for a vast majority of homes and a two-step cleaning process utilizing an acid-based cleaner followed with an alkaline detergent for homes that have excessive environmental pollution or heavy oxidation present. This washing method doesn't affect your plants due to the large amount of water used. If anything, plants receive a good watering. Normally this type of washing does not spot the windows any more than rain water.
